When will the registration open for the 2025 Warehouse Safety Conference and how can I reserve a booth?
Answer: Registration is currently open. Please contact terri.boorne@wsps.ca for exhibitor application form.
What is included with my booth?
Answer: The following is available with the purchase of a booth at the 2025 Warehouse Safety Conference:
Carpeted floor space depending on venue (electricity and lighting not included)
8 ft table and 2 chairs
Electrical is extra and coordinated with the venue
2 exhibitor badges with meals
Listing in the Event Mobile App alphabetically.
How many badges do I receive for booth personnel?
Answer: 2 badges. Additional badges cost $79 + HST for each
How do I register badges for booth personnel?
Answer: Please fill out the Show Management Form located in the exhibitor forms and return to terri.boorne@wsps.ca
Where can I pick up by exhibitor badges?
Answer: Badges will be at your tabletop upon arrival.
When are the move-in/out dates?
Answer:
Move-in Date: Monday, February 24, 2025, from 11:00 am until 5:00 pm
Move-out Date: Tuesday, February 24, 2025, at 2:45 pm. Please be fully moved out before 3:45 pm.

Where can I access the Rules & Regulations, Show Management, Electrical, and Health and Safety forms for the 2025 Warehouse Safety Conference?
Answer:
Once you have confirmed your exhibit space in the show, all the information and order forms are available for download in the exhibitor forms (provide link)
Is electrical included within my booth?
Answer:
No. Electrical power is not included in your booth. Electrical power on the trade show floor is limited and will only be provided to exhibitors who indicate they require an electrical outlet on the Show Management Requirement Form. In terms of power requirements, the venue works with a third-party supplier. Please reach out to Freedom Electrical directly for all power requirements. They can be reached at info@freedomelectrical.ca or Office: (905) 738-8722.
Will Wi-Fi be available?
Answer: Yes, there is complimentary Wi-Fi for all attendees and exhibitors.
Is there parking?
Answer: The Mississauga Convention Centre parking offers 900 parking spaces. Exhibitors can load in through the East & West Main Entrance Doors.
